What are the charges for delivery?
New Zealand wide, up to 25Kg is $10
Please Contact Us for international freight requirements.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery in the North Island will be the next working day (except rural areas which will be 2-3 working days).
Delivery in the South Island will be 2-3 working days.
Please note that these delivery times are after our handling time which can take between one and three working days.
If it is going to take longer we will let you know.
Where is my order?
To find out the status of your order please login to your account. Alternatively you can contact us.
If you think that your order may have been lost or delayed, please contact us immediately.
We consider a delivery delayed if it is overdue by one month from the expected delivery date.
If you tell us that a delivery has not been received, we will need to investigate what has happened.
If the original parcel is received and the replacement parcel arrives, you must notify us of this by email immediately.
If both the original and replacement parcels are received and you decide to keep both, you will be charged for both sets of goods.
